We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Amazon Account Manager to join our team. This role is crucial in managing and optimizing our Amazon seller accounts to ensure compliance, maximize sales, and maintain account health. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, analytical, and has a strong understanding of Amazon's policies, SEO, and advertising strategies.

Job Responsibilities:
Amazon Account Management & Strategy:
- Oversee daily operations of Amazon Seller Central and ensure compliance with Amazon policies.
- Monitor account health metrics, addressing any policy violations, suppressed listings, or account warnings.
- Develop and implement strategies to optimize listings, increase organic rankings, and drive conversions.
- Conduct market and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
Product Listings & Optimization:
- Create, update, and optimize product listings, including titles, bullet points, descriptions, A+ content, and backend keywords.
- Manage product variations, parent-child relationships, and category placements.
- Optimize images and videos to enhance product visibility and engagement.
- Ensure listings are compliant with Amazon’s guidelines and marketplace requirements.
Advertising & Promotions:
- Plan, execute, and optimize Amazon PPC campaigns (Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, and Sponsored Display).
- Monitor ad performance, analyze key metrics, and adjust bids to maximize ROI.
- Manage promotional campaigns, Lightning Deals, Coupons, and other Amazon marketing tools.
- Track and report ad spend, ACOS, and TACOS to ensure cost efficiency.
Data Analysis & Reporting:
- Track sales performance, analyze trends, and provide actionable insights for improvement.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as conversion rates, click-through rates, and revenue growth.
- Generate reports on account performance, advertising spend, and profitability.
- Use data-driven decision-making to optimize listings, ads, and overall account strategy.
Job Requirements:
Required Skills & Experience:
- 2+ years of experience managing Amazon Seller Central accounts with a proven track record of success.
- Strong understanding of Amazon policies, listing optimization, PPC advertising, and inventory management.
- Proficiency in Amazon tools such as Helium 10, Jungle Scout, Keepa, or other marketplace analytics tools.
- Experience with Amazon A+ Content, Brand Registry, and Enhanced Brand Content.
- Excellent analytical skills and experience working with Excel/Google Sheets for data analysis.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in Amazon wholesale, private label, or brand management.
- Knowledge of Amazon’s compliance regulations, including food labeling, supplements, or restricted categories.
- Familiarity with Shopify, Walmart Marketplace, TikTok Shop, or other e-commerce platforms.
- SEO knowledge for Amazon search ranking optimization.

- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
